Participants explore why experience matters and how a human-centered approach improves outcomes.

Session Two /

Mapping the Employee Journey

Seeing the workplace through the employee’s lens.
This session focuses on journey mapping, identifying pain points, and prioritizing moments that matter.

Session Three /

Designing Engagement & Wellbeing Initiatives

Turning insight into action.
Participants learn how to design engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives that are practical and impactful.

Session Four /

Measuring Impact & Driving Change

From ideas to sustained improvement.
This session covers measurement, iteration, stakeholder buy-in, and embedding EX into organizational culture.

Applied Project

Employee Journey Redesign

Participants map and redesign a critical employee journey such as onboarding, performance management, or engagement. Throughout the course, they identify friction points, propose experience improvements, and define success measures. The project results in an actionable employee experience framework grounded in real organizational needs.
