AI in Project Management: Opportunities & Limits

Participants explore where AI genuinely adds value in project management and where human judgment remains critical. The session clarifies common misconceptions, introduces real-world PM use cases, and sets guardrails for responsible AI adoption.

Session Two /

Planning, Forecasting & Resource Optimization

This session focuses on how AI can support estimation, scheduling, and capacity planning. Participants examine how predictive signals can improve forecasts while learning how to validate and challenge AI-generated outputs.

Session Three /

Automation, Reporting & Decision Support

Participants learn how to reduce manual reporting work using automation without losing clarity or accountability. The session emphasizes decision-support models that help project managers surface insights rather than just data.

Session Four /

Governance, Ethics & Practical Adoption
